Pick what you want us to run.
Transparent ranges. No performance fees.
Three retainer tiers anchored by what we run. One discovery sprint to test the model. No hourly billing, no media spend markups, no surprise scope creep.
Pricing scales by what we run.
Pick one pillar, two, or all three. The team scales with you. The retainer is fixed up front — no surprises mid-quarter.

When you want to run ecom as one integrated function and stop stitching agencies.
Starting atINCLUDED
- All three pillars, fully integrated
- Dedicated partner + senior team
- Daily channel pacing, weekly cross-pillar sync
- Monthly business review, quarterly strategy reset
- OKRs scoped against your full P&L
- Full team in one Slack channel
Start with a Discovery Sprint.
A 2-week paid audit + 90-day roadmap across all three pillars. The lowest-commitment way to test how we work — and a roadmap you keep, even if we don't end up working together.
A roadmap you keep.
Shopify, Klaviyo, paid, attribution. What's underleveraged.
Heuristic + data. Where the conversion lift hides.
Flow gaps, segment hygiene, LTV potential.
Channel-by-channel honest read. Creative + targeting.
Effort × impact scored. Yours to run with — with us or without us.
What's never bundled in.
We try to be ruthless about what counts as a Gild line item versus what you should pay for directly. The retainer covers our team — not pass-through costs that should be on your books.
What you're paying for.
- Senior operators, day one (no junior account managers)
- Strategy, execution, and reporting across the pillars you select
- All software / tooling our team uses internally
- Weekly + monthly working cadence with you
- Quarterly OKR roadmap and budget signoff
Things you pay for directly.
- Media spend (you own the ad accounts and the budget)
- Paid app subscriptions (Klaviyo, Triple Whale, Postscript, etc.)
- Photography, video, or production fees
- Influencer, affiliate, or PR fees
- Performance fees of any kind — ever
Things buyers ask before the call.
Answered upfront so the discovery call can be about your business — not about how we bill.
What's a typical engagement length?
90-day initial commitment, then quarterly. Most clients stay 18–36 months. Some have been with us since 2014.
Do you take performance fees?
Never. Fixed retainer, period. We don't make more money when you spend more, so the channel-mix recommendation is always honest.
Can I bring my media spend in-house?
Yes — and we recommend it. We don't mark up spend, take referral kickbacks, or sit between you and the ad platforms. You own every account.
How quickly do you onboard?
Two weeks of discovery (or one Discovery Sprint), then a quarterly OKR roadmap signed in week 3. We're executing in week 4.
Can I move between tiers?
Yes. Most clients start at One Pillar or Discovery Sprint and expand into Two Pillars or Full Stack as the partnership earns it.
What if I'm not at $5M revenue yet?
We're built for $5–25M Shopify brands. Below that, the retainer math doesn't work — and we'd be better referring you to good freelancers we trust.
Do you sign NDAs / standard MSAs?
Yes. Standard mutual NDA at intro, MSA at engagement. Both lightweight. We'll send templates.
Who actually does the work?
A partner leads every account — Sarah, Taylor, or another senior operator who's carried a P&L. Senior team executes. We don't have junior account managers.
Book a 30-minute call.
We'll quote it in the first 10.
No pre-call deck, no qualifying form. We'll review your stack, hear what you're trying to do, and tell you honestly what we'd recommend — what tier, what cadence, what it'll cost.
